Harrow Campus Live | Music Festival Proposal & Open Call

Harrow Campus Live: Help Us Bring a New Student Festival to Life
A proposed music, food and creative market festival at the University of Westminster's Harrow Campus — and an open invitation to help make it happen.
Imagine transforming an open green space at Harrow Campus into a vibrant destination for live music, independent street food, student businesses, creative performances and community connections.
New Format is developing an exciting proposal called Harrow Campus Live, bringing together students, artists, entrepreneurs, local businesses and creative professionals for a potential outdoor festival experience.
We are now looking for people and organisations interested in helping us turn this vision into reality.
A Space for Music, Creativity and Community
The proposed festival would include:
Main Music Stage: Live bands, DJs, singers, dancers and creative performances.
Festival Lawn: A welcoming outdoor audience area with seating, social spaces and entertainment.
Food Truck Village: Street food, drinks, coffee and international cuisine.
Creative Market: Student businesses, artwork, clothing, crafts and independent retailers.
Visitor Facilities: Accessible toilets, signposted pathways and essential event infrastructure.
Our ambition is to create an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in event management, media production, journalism, photography, filming, marketing and live entertainment.
Calling All Performers
Are you a musician, DJ, singer, dancer or performance artist?
We want to hear from talented individuals and groups interested in performing on the proposed Harrow Campus Live stage.
Whether you are an established performer or a student preparing for your first major audience, we welcome expressions of interest.
Calling Food Trucks and Street Food Businesses
Great events deserve great food.
We are inviting mobile food operators, cafés, independent caterers and street-food businesses to express interest in joining our planned food village.
We are particularly interested in diverse menus, affordable student-friendly options and businesses that value sustainability.
Creative Market — Calling Student Entrepreneurs and Local Sellers
We want our festival marketplace to give emerging creatives a platform to showcase their work.
Artists, clothing brands, handmade product sellers, designers, vintage traders and student-run businesses are encouraged to get involved.
We Are Seeking Sponsors and Partners
To bring Harrow Campus Live to life, we are seeking potential financial sponsors, equipment providers, production companies, stage and sound suppliers, local businesses and community organisations.
Support could include funding, production services, promotional partnerships, equipment, facilities or volunteers.
For participating businesses, the project could offer future opportunities to connect with students and the wider Harrow community, subject to an agreed event and partnership plan.
Get Involved — Register Your Interest
New Format has prepared four expression-of-interest categories:
Stage Performers
Food Trucks
Market Stalls
Sponsors, Partners and Volunteers
The dedicated application forms are being prepared for publication on the New Format website.
Your interest can help us understand community demand, identify potential collaborators and develop a realistic proposal for the university.
From Concept to Reality
The proposed festival is currently at the concept and community-interest stage. No event date, venue access or participation has been confirmed.
Any event at University of Westminster premises would require appropriate university approval, operational planning, risk assessments, accessibility arrangements and any applicable permissions or licences.
Harrow Campus Live is an independent New Format proposal and is not currently an officially approved or organised University of Westminster event.
We believe a festival like this could celebrate talent, strengthen community connections and create meaningful opportunities for emerging creative professionals.
Help us shape the future of Harrow Campus Live.
Our Own Music: The CCCU Trilogy and a Possible Live Performance
New Format's founders, Dawid and Kamil Prochazka, also create music together under the artistic identity Two Souls & Yin Yang.
Their creative journey includes three connected albums:
CCCU — The Album
TwinFlow – CCCU Chronicles Vol. 1
TwinFlow – CCCU Chronicles Vol. 2
The CCCU trilogy reflects their experiences connected with Canterbury Christ Church University, exploring student life, personal growth, identity and artistic expression.
These albums also represent an important chapter in their transition from Canterbury to the University of Westminster.
As part of the proposed Harrow Campus Live Festival, Dawid and Kamil would also be interested in performing live, presenting selected tracks from their CCCU trilogy and introducing the next chapter of their creative work.
Their potential performance could bring together original music, audiovisual storytelling and the experience they have developed through New Format.
Any performance would be subject to university approval, event programming and technical arrangements.
We also hope to collaborate with other student musicians, filmmakers and creative professionals to make Harrow Campus Live a celebration of original student talent.
